Alarm Problem

Hello, Can anyone help please? I bought a new IS250 in December and in January the alarm started to go off randomly for only about 20 seconds each time. The car has been back to the dealer who has changed sensors and door locks and everything seemed ok for a few weeks . However the alarm started again this week. It only goes off for short periods and by the time I get to the car it stops!!? The dealer cannot find anything wrong and said it is a ''frequency'' problem.i.e. something outside car is setting it off. It happens throughout the night ! causing great disturbance to us and neighbours! It also happened once whilst in the Lexus garage so its not something locally. Lexus customer service said the same- that the car is ok but it is a ''frequency problem''. not satisfactory for a new car. help please!
