Front Dash Speaker

I also went looking for the rattle behind the centre speaker. The speaker grill can be prised off and the speaker is held in with 2 x 10mm bolts. Lexus offered to remove and refit the dashboard with new packing, stating that the packing had compressed, and sure enough the rattle went away for some considerable time. It recently returned and I've put a couple of small pieces of foam at the very front between the dashboard and windscreen which has again stopped the rattle completely.

Are the nuts on the bolts secured, i do not want them to drop down when the bolts are removed.

Thanks
