Converting Files To Wmv

Does anybody know any fast and good programs for converting video files, AVI / MPG etc etc to WMV??

I've got WinAVI but when I convert there is no picture.. I've also used Windows Movie Maker but that takes AGES

Try this link, it'll do it for you for free but don't know how long it'll take because video files are usually pretty large. I've only tried audio and ringtone files but they worked ok.

Handbrake and VLC are great programs. Is it PC or Mac your using mate?
