Problem With Cd Changer

:o the cd changer on my LS400 does not work. i hear sound of the cd engaging and can change from one cd to another; however, there's no sound. it shows Err21.

tecnictions told me it's a problem with the lazer; but, i can find no one to work on the cd. the dealer will replace it with a new one for BIG bucks.

i can't find out what Err 21 is. does anyone know?

any info would be appreciated. thanks, fay :(

I think you are getting an error 21 on your CD player because your CD's are in the cassette upside down. The labels on the CD should face down when using the cassete in the multidisc unit. Try turning them over before spending $1500 on a new unit.
