with the megs one you have,you need to follow same steps but you need to use the detailer spray as lube,where as with the bilthamber clay bar you can use tap water.you need to go over the entire car, inch by inch,untill you feel no resistance to the movement of the clay,basically once all the tar and other paint contaminents have been removed by the clay bar,then only can you go about removing the swirls.its well worth while once its done tho.i get round to this once a year sadly
