Need Help For Installing Din Radio Is 200 Sport

Hi,

i need some help.

I have the following problems:

Installing a DIN Radio insted of Lexus Radio, I need an DIN Adapter. My be I build a cover for my own? Any Ideas?

Second problem is to connect the ISO Connectors to the Radio connector 2 lines of 9 Pins.

The normal Toyota adapter will not work.

If nothing helps i need the cable colors, then i will make an iso adapter.

What head unit are you looking to install?

You can order this from www.autoys.com just search under IS300 and you will see the whole pack, it comes with everything in the pack and you have the option of single din or double din - if you order from them make sure you email them to haggle over the postage!!

It depends on which stereo you have in the Lexus as to whether the Toyota adaptor will work. You can try and make an ISO adaptor however you may well find that the sound quality is rubbish. You can re-amp the car and go the whole hog but it would be up to you
