What Next

right ive a turbo'd 2.2 stroked altezza its doing about .7 bar of boost atm and giving about 300 bhp on 95 ron fule the torque figure is about 240

the thing im wondering is what to do next ?

it was suggested to me that i should get a fule rail and then new bigger turbo but that will bring me up to the max i can get from the transmission ( around 400 bhp ) .but i dont want to do that . I also dont wana just up the boost yet .

i want to know that the other parts of the car can take more bhp / torque before i go upping it . about the 600 bhp 450 torque level ( not that i will have a car with these figures i just want to know the parts arent going to be stressed out ) . what would i need to start changing out before i do this ?

id also like to get my torque figure closer to 300 ? any other ways of doing this ?

atm im researching as i dont intend on doing any engine work till the new year . so that gives me about 4.2 months to get my head around the next step .

is there any way of improving the loss i get to the wheels ?

Some cylinder head work will help....I've heard from the BTCC guys that the head benefits from porting & polishing

one guy i was talking to said to me that it would be very good for my car before but said the only guy he knows that dose top class jobs on them is very slow and could end up taking 8 months to do it :s

my cars been in more garages since xmass then its been with me :( i miss my car :(

Try asking Thor racing, he is very good with the altezza engine :winky:
