sort the exhaust system out, manifold and decat, fit light weight flywheel if you can ( I have 1 for sale check the buy and sell forum ) and get a camcon fitted.

that should see you running about 190 at the rear wheels

I'm no 'Tezza expert, but it's virtually the same engine as my Celicas.

You will not make 300bhp with a turbo/superchager. Even 250 might be pushing it.

You want to start with induction and full exhaust system (de-cat), ECU mapping, then look at internal work. It will start to get quite expensive though.

RS200 is dual VVti and puts out 210 as standard ( engine is more similar to an MR2 than old celica's) .... Over 300 is possible with a supercharger as Mr.Singh did ;)

Basic Trust turbo will get it up around 260-70...

But to go well over 300 you will have to spend the money toughening up the internals...

My 5AT has HKS Induction, RS-R Stainless manifold and downpipe, no cats, HKS Suiper Dragger II back box and CamCon and makes about 170 at the wheels. Estimated as about 220 at the fly so up about 10% on standard.

Assume the same %age for a 6MT and it should be around 230 at the fly and a possible 190 at the wheels.
