How Do You Remove The Sat Nav Unit?

Recommended Posts

I have an issue with my touch screen sat nav system that occurs when I start the engine.

I would like to remove the unit and see if there is any obvious issues and remove and re-attach the connector blocks a few times to see if that makes any difference.

Does anyone know how to remove the unit?. I have a PDF manual but this doesn't seem to tell me how to remove it.

Cheers.

Ian.

step 1: pull the centre vents out literally

step 2: take out the ashtray

step 3: there should be 4 bolts exposed - 2 on top and 2 on bottom 10mm i think. undo these and hey presto it's out.

it's pretty easy should not take more than a couple of mins.
