Hi All - sorry think I posted this in the wrong place first time (New Members)

Just got my Lexus IS250 SE-L with MM. Got the usual rattles etc BUT can't seem to load any cd/dvd. Press the load and all I get is a lot of whirring and flashing orange lights. Is this a common fault & is there an easy fix OR is it a trip to the dealer???? There are no cd's in the loader.

Loving the car and will post more info soon
