Hello folks,

just looking at adding a few subtle mods to my IS200 sport now business picked back up again have a few extra spends,

would like to know where I can get my hands on a legana front bumper with fogs etc, found copies etc but travelled to a company south of the border in Ireland to see them but theyre copies were poor, so waste of 250mile round trip :( ah well,

also how easy is it to DIY your lights into blackened jdm reps? and can you get replacement lenses for the headlights as i have a few stone chips in mine would like them looking perfect or have to buy new items?

any help much appreciated

cheers

i have the hks on my is300, it gives a nice beep note without it being intrusive for a daily driver. my induction kit makes alot more noise, its a good set up as far as im concerned. next to no noise when cruising, a bit of a raspy note when accelerating and and almost track car-esk note when you bury your foot.

im not sure about the blitz exhaust, but the hks is a strait thru cat back system and did make a difference to the way the car drives. better throttle response with a touch more power.

DIYing the headlights is easy- ten minutes removing from car, ten minutes in oven at 90 degrees C pull the lens off and unclip the orange indicator lightly sand grey bit and spray. I did the angel eyes mod at the same time and all in all it took me an hour in the evening, left paint to dry overnight and an hour in the morning to reassemble the light and refit. There is a picture guide to doing this on the forum somewhere (maybe the scandinavian site)
