Hi Guys ,new Sexus Owner , What A Car Eh !

hi all

bought a dark metallic green lexus is 200 se a couple of weeks ago , i fell in love with them a few years back when my manager in my last job owned one and now i cant believe i got one myself , its a w reg (2000) but i think these cars stand the test of time , its got 142,000 miles on it though ! but it has had one owner and a full service history and new cam and kit , i know its gonna start to eat my wages like a new girlfriend but its all worth it i think , the handbrake light was staying on at first and i noticed the central brake light was out , so i popped down to Halfords managed to find the right bulb stuck it in and now the brake warning light goes out when its supposed to , so there is a solution if anyone has the same problem although its probably been covered already , the ashtray light has gone too so does anyone know the correct bulb and how to replace it please? also i have a knocking noise which seems to come from the passenger side roof pillar kind of area which is winding me up a bit cos i cant seem to locate it anyone got the same problem ?

AshTray Light #2721, i got this number from another website, have'nt had to fit this myself so cant guarentee this, but i doubt you would be more than a couple of quid from Lexus or Toyota, if you have a dealer nearby????

Sorry but i cant find a guide to removing cenre console to get to the ashtray (guides for everything else) but there are a few posts that refer to it being a pain.
