If you're not posting them in the gallery you'll need some web space somewhere to host them, once there up and available on the web the easiest way to post pictures is to copy the url for the location of the picture itself and paste it into the box that appears when you hit the IMG button displayed above...

If they're located in the gallery, right click and get properties and paste the location of the image, not the html page....
