Hi Guy's,

Need to change my o/s headlight and could do with some help!!!! How is it done? you can remove air filter etc and find the lead to the light but have not gone any further than that, looked at LexLs.com but that only shows fog light replacement and the bolts/nuts to remove. Hope someone can help.

I had a struggle with the sidelight, it needs come up a bit then forward to pull it out.

I had a struggle with the sidelight, it needs come up a bit then forward to pull it out.

The bottom clip can stick to the extent it can break the sidelight when pulled, try getting some WD40 in there first

I had to take the o/s headlight out when fixing the p/s cooler pipe that runs under it... :tsktsk:

I can't remember exactly but i cant recall ant difficulties... its held in by 3 or 4 screws, you can see which screws bolt it in

and yes the air filter needs to be gone for access.

So undo air intake & filter

undo any wire connectors

take out sidelight maybe to??

inspect bolts and remove the right ones!! Be careful not to undo the tilt adjusters

h/l slides out towards you
