Will These Wheels Fit?

Hiya, I dont know anything about wheels just the basic stuff really. Anyway I want to change the wheels on my IS200 and I've found some to buy, just dont know whether they'll fit. BTW the car is completely standard.

This is how they are in the description:

FRONT: 17x8.5 5x114.3 offset +35 225/45/17

REAR: 17x9.0 5x114.3 offset +35 265/40/17

Will these fit without any rubbing inside the arch way or anything like that?

Cool thanks :) I've been having a look but still a bit confusing to me. I'm not gonna get those wheels but I'm looking at some other wheels which are 5x114.3, offset 42, 215/35/18, will these fit? The guy said they would but I'd need a set of spigot rings 73.1mm/60.1 and 12x1.5mm tuner nuts to get them to fit properly...
