Hello guys,

I have bought myself a GROM (they initially said that it works with SatNav cars of my vintage - V Reg - 1999). I have a factory satnav but the GROM doesn't work. I send back and they confirmed that it works but will not with the SatNav. If I disconnect the satnav the GROM will work fine (CD2 will come up) but not with the lead connected (no action on trying to press CD to get to CD2).

Does anybody know of a cure for this? Would upgrading to a newer version of the stereo help?

Help I really want the GROM to work, especially after forking out for customs tax as well as posting to the US and back.
