Hi all,

I have a Lexus GS 450h 2007 model w/ Nav & mark levinson . I had the car parked for about 10 days while on a trip & then got it to the dealership for the 35K maintenance . A couple of days after I noticed that the remote trunk release button in the driver cluster , the button on both remotes & the key-less function to unlock the trunk are not operating . It only opens with the manual key . When I try to open it using the remote button the interior alarms sounds for 2 secs.

I checked the glove box button , which is pushed in , & the fuses which are OK ...

What should I be looking for before I finally give up & head to the dealership which I frankly don't have time to schedule an appointment & spare time for ..

Thnx

Mine has the same problem. It's a 56 450h SE-L, the boot release didn't work when I went for a test drive but was fixed by the time I collected the car and now after 6 months or so, it has gone again. Hope someone can help us with this.
