Mechanic Garage (Problems)

can anyone tell me is it me or is it everytime I ring up charlesworth motors to speak to simon about a problem that I am having with the lexus and everytime their employees say that he is either under a car or gone for a test drive where my drivers side caliper seized my passengers side caliper has seized know try to tell them but they actually seem that they not interested!!!!!!!! I think I need a good independent garage that I can trust them with my lexus please people asking for help. Need my car fixing properly and for once and all.

Maybe you should let your dad sort Charlesworth out since it is his car. Maybe they just prefer to deal with the owner.

Oh sorry, just trying to be light hearted without offence being taken after the insurance debate we had on a previous topic you posted.

Perhaps given your present attitude I can now make a useful reply to your initial question.

Not knowing your customer/dealer relationship to Simon and not having had any dealings with Simon personally I don't know why he is unavailable when you call him and I doubt anyone else on this forum would also know why,perhaps he is under a car,out of the office or eating his lunch,perhaps he doesn't want to speak to you.

In answer to your original question I would say Probably You!

If you post in these forums asking for advice you should try not to be so easily offended by answers/comments in reply. Given the attitude problem which you seem to show on this forum, maybe your father would have more success in trying to deal with things.
