Snow Chains For Rx400H

Hi All

Taking a trip to the Alps in the near future and will need a pair of snow chains as I believe this is a legal requirement in winter months.

Has anyone had any experience (preferably good!) with buying/fitting/using chains on a 400h? If so where is the best place to buy?

I AM ALSO DRIVING DOWN TO THE ALPS NEXT JAN 2011, SO I KNOW THE RX40H DOES NOT REALLY NEED THEM, HOWEVER I BELEIVE IT IS COMPULSARY BY FRENCH LAW THAT YOU HAVE A SET IN THE CAR AT ALL TIMES DURING WINTER...

I did get a set of chains from Cooks Motor spares in Chesham. They were Polar size 410 and cost only £59.95. They were easy to put on and take off (after practising on our driveway in the warm and in daylight before leaving for the Alps!)
