Newbie Help Needed Here Please

My partner is disabled,she test drove a 400 today hybrid,loved the car but hated a heavy sense of pain in her shoulder blades on what she felt was heavy steering,is this the hybrid poss,or would a 300 petrol give her the lightness hse obviusly needs,any other things to look out for over the two would be greatly appreciated mthanks all :)

I drive a RX300 and have driven a RX400h as a courstesy car. I can't say I noticed any meaningful difference in steering weight, having said that I don't have your wifes health issues. Was the seat properly adjusted? Only thing I really noticed with the 400h over 300 was the torque steer on hard acceleration from a stop.
