Trc Off Button Not Functioning.....

when i put the key into ignition,the green "TRC OFF" light comes on then goes away when you start the car.....

if i push the TRC OFF button,nothing is happening,it seems like i cant turn it off,i tested the switch and it works,i checked the fuse box in the engine bay near the exhaust manifold,the driver and passenger side fuses but i cant find the fuse for this switch...

anyone know where i should check?what i should do? so i could get this switch working?
