Is F-Sport Headlights

I have a 2010 IS250 F-Sport. I need to change the headlights to Continental ones due to being posted to Germany with the Army. I have the chance of buying a set of 2008 LHD. The problem I have is that I believe the 2010 model lights(with the LED running strip along the bottom) has a different connector at the rear of the headlights. Can anyone confirm if it is possible to buy a conversion kit to allow me to fit these to my 2010 model?? Any info on this problem I have would be great.
