Radiator Fan Not Turning

Hi,

Hope somebody can help. One of the fans on my IS200 SE is not turning either stationary or on the move. The car is not overheating (gauge is one notch below the center on the temperature gauge).

Rather than taking the expensive route and purchasing the fan blade or motor, could it be something else that I need to address. If I do need to purchase the fan blade and/or motor, can somebody recommend where I can get them cheaper. I'm in West London.

it doesnt spin if it doesnt need to, ones for the engine temp,ones for the aircon temp.

Thanks Sparkystav. I've been hood winked as today I had the expansion tank/fan shroud replaced as it was leaking.

Excuse my ignorance, but is there a way of checking that the fan does work by running the AC. One thing I do want to point out is that there is not enough cooling in the car.
