hi all again.

looking at upgrading sat nav disc to latest version. to remove the disc from the player i presume you have to have acc switch on for it to eject properly. do you have to remove the dvd player with the screws at the top to give the disc enough clearance to eject as i need to see which version is in at the moment. thanks in advance

There are two screws, which when removed allows the unit to pivot up so that the disc can be removed easily.

Be aware that the latest disc available is not 2012 though, from what I remember, mine is 2009-2010 (the latest available for the mk2 Satnavs), which is not really that up to date.
