Modified Gs?

anyone on here got a modded GS im prob gunna look at lowering it and sticking some nice wheels on it! anyone got any good forums to buy stuff from?vpics of there modded GS's

Depends what you mean by mod'ed mate. Mine is lightly mod'ed in as much as it is lowered (slightly more than the Sport is normally lowered), Mk1 Sport wheels, Carbon fibre eye brows, roof spoiler, LED rear light clusters and matching LED fogs. Less visible is a K&N panel filter, and aero wiper blades. Will hopefully be getting a custom exhaust next year to get a bit of the V8 burble more audible. Engine mods are too expensive for me, I'd sooner do that kind of stuff on my VR6 Corrado.

ah cool ....i need some LED sidelights for mine ....and am wanting to mod it slightly....i think them mk1 sport wheels are pretty cool..and where did u get ur lowering kit from?

Oh yeah, forgot about those, I have LED side lights. The ones I went for were relatively expensive (£20'ish), but they are a perfect match for the factory hids with no hint of blue to them. I also forgot about the smoked side repeaters.

The springs came from eBay, can't remember the brand off the top of my head now, but have seemed fine so far. On my mk1 Sport, I used RS*R lowering springs, which seemed pretty good.

Just checked back through eBay and they were GMax springs.

Nope, doesn't feel any different but then again I haven't gone much lower.
