Removing Front Number Plate On Is220D

Hi,

This should be a straight forwards one and it is me being difficult.....but how do I do this? specifically the plastic part that the plate sits on that then connects to the bumper.

Reason I ask is because I have a metal pressed plate on the front of my car and taking it off to inspect the plastic surround would mean bending/creasing it and I dont want to do so.

Is the plastic surround screwed on? would I need to fill any holes if I relocated the plate?
