I changed my number 1 and 2 front lower suspension bushes last year and I have just discovered that the number 1 bushes are already completely shot.

I am fairly sure that I got the orientation right but perhaps I did not??? Perhaps they were just poor quality bushes?

Does anyone have photos of the number one and two arms with the bush orientation marked? The number two bushes still look fine.

A few questions:

I am not sure if I can go through the grief of stripping the suspension down again, how much do you think and average garage would charge to fit the bushes for me if I supplied them?

The bushes (if the image is correct) do not appear to have a metal outer that gets pressed into the arm. I have never used poly bushes before!

Any tips on getting the arms in and out easily? It was a right pain last time!!

Best way to get bushes out is to either burn them out or knock them out with a screwdriver and hammer
