Yesterday i pluged in my OBD reader in my IS200 and up came the following codes.

P0135 01/02

P0135 02/02

Can any of you help?

What parts would need changing and also where is a good place to get it from.

Many Thanks

P0135 is the O2 sensor heater circuit, bank 1 sensor 1, which should be the one in the manifold in the engine bay towards the front of the engine. Check the wiring first, after that, it's a new sensor.

Did you mean P0135 for the second code? Or P0155, that would be bank 2 sensor 1, the other sensor in the engine bay towards the back of the engine.

If the Engine Management Light is not on the 1st thing I would do is to clear the codes then run the car for a week and then recheck to see if they have appeared and then go from there.

Parts are obviously available from Lexus who will if you provide your VIN and the fault code no doubt will be able to supply what you need after as previously suggested you have checked the heater circuit on the sensor.

If you are unsure as to the checking proceedure you will certainly struggle with replacing it so I would entrust the work to a garage .

Fault code readers are a useful tool to help diagnose faults on modern cars but they will not tell you if the wiring is faulty, the sensor itself is faulty or if there is another related problem it's down to good old fashioned diagnostics for that.
