Hi and welcome to the club, sounds like you may have water in the fuse box under the dash!

Have you had the front screen replaced at all or know if the car ever has, because this is the main cause of rain water getting into and on the fuse boxes inside Lexus iS200's.

If you've had a new screen then i'd say it needs refitting.

Hope this helps.

Have had the car nearly a year and dont know if previose owner did or not?

Some times i get a strange taping from the fuse box under the bonnet that sounds as if a switch wont turn off properly when i take out the key ! If i dont catch it then it drains my Battery could this be anything to do with it do u think ? We have had rain the past few days but its been fine all winter ! It was warmer yesterday and the flashy lights are gone today. im so stressed !
