Oil And Coolant Coming From... Where?!

So the car isn't overheating, but I've got (what looks like) oil and coolant coming from what appears to be the radiator matrix.

That can't be good right - the weird thing is the overflow / expansion tank isn't going down.

Any ideas - I'll be taking it to a garage ASAP but wondered if anyone had any thoughts?

seems like you need a radiator.

your car an auto ?

its unlikely to leak oil unless may be you hit a bump or something.

but that's what it sounds like to me.

your mechanic will give you the definite -

Not an auto - and the rad basically exploded just after I posted this.

Stuff everywhere, water looks utterly vile but I figure most of that is rust and crud.

So new rad tomorrow - if I can drive it to a garage without overheating!

I would be very carefull driving it without coolant. infact you shouldn't attempt it.

kip an eye on the temp.

the coolant must be contaminated and dirty. I cant see oil leaking from rad though. no cooler pipes there.

exploded don't sound nice. seems there was a lot pressure in the system.

have you checked your engine oil condition? is it mixed with water -

changing the rad will let you know where you stand, hoping its all well.
