Koni Adjustable Sport Shock Absorbers

Hi,

Has anyone fitted these? Are they suitable for standard springs? Does the car need to be lowered? Is there much difference to the OE shocks?

Had koni adjusables bought from Larkspeed last month fitted to rear of is2200d by my local garage (non franchised), No need to change springs or any other parts on rear suspension. On collecting car following replacement it did feel stiffer but this was probably due to the fact that the old ones were both well shot, probably due to the poor roads and many speed bumps locally.

After driving for a few days the car now feels fine and as comfy to ride in as when i bought it 3 years ago with roadholding to match.

I did turn up the dampers to the highest setting but it was a lot stiffer than i would like so now back no minimum setting and maximum comfort. (Note not easy to adjust when fitted as boot carpet covers damper tops)
