It may be me, I am old but some threads seem to go missing for a while, example.

A thread I have been following on LPG (no surprise there then) seems to go missing for anything up to a day or so.especially after I have posted a comment on it, even if I try to find it by clicking the "Items I am following" etc.

Is it me? Mike

Yes, I remember this also particularly because I had posted some items myself. I also recall that the outcome was that the postings in question were irretrievably lost.

Funny,I've never ..........

The thread in question is back again now with many additions. As it has had additional postings I would expect to see it in "Latest Posts" but No, then suddenly it seems to appear out of the digital ether. Mike

The threads are still there. What is missing are the contributions posted during the two or three 'rogue' days. These have been lost into the digital ether as Mike says.
