Iphone 5 Caller Details

I'm having an issue with the Lexus display for my phone and I spend a lot of time on the phone whilst driving so it's important for me.

Incoming calls from numbers I have stored are being displayed as just the number so I have no idea who's calling. Similarly if I go into the call history to make a call I have a mixture of numbers and names - seems rather random.

Anybody have the same issue or able to advise a solution?

My Iphone 4 caller pics cannot be displayed, how about 5 pics can they be displayed?

I have an Iphone 5 too but frankly it seems just random what it shows. The software upgrade (to C) hasn't changed it (though it has improved the appearance a little).

I'll wait until I'm out of the loan car first as it may solve itself. Good to know it's not just me.

It seems if you have added custom phone categories other than those default ones they won't be recognized by Lexus system and only phone number will be shown, that's my finding so far.
