Is200 Manual Gear Stick Vibration

I own a 1999 IS200 Sport for a few months now.

It's my first RWD car and I am aware that the shifting mechanism is different compared to a FWD, as in the shifter is directly connected to gearbox/engine.

I just want to hear other IS200/IS300 manual owners what they experience as vibration through the gear lever/shifter.

The shifting itself works perfectly, no gear changing difficulties at all and it picks up like it should.

It's just the gear lever that vibrates, especially under heavy load, it's not a visible vibration, but when I place my fingers slightly against the stick, it's VERY noticable, like drilling.

The only thing that is visible is in 1st gear, while pressing the gas pedal, and then releasing it, the stick rocks back (release) and forth (press) a little.

LEXUS dealer made a testdrive too, and said it's normal, checked the whole car and couldn't find any faults or reason for replacing, etcetc..

(My current thought is changing the transmission mount...)

Please share your experience as detailed as possible :)

thanks!
