Inverter / Seat Heater Won't Go Off

My RX400h had its inverter recall last week. Since then the drivers seat heater won't turn off. The dealership are saying its nothing to do with the recall but that heater has been fine for 7 years until last Wednesday. Anyone had similar issues or any comments?

My heated stuck on in my 200 a couple of years ago. It was a relay....

Do you know where the relay is in relation to the inverter which I'm told is in the engine compartment? They are trying to say it's a coincidence and no doubt want to charge me to put it right

I'm sorry mate no idea on your car. I only commented to let you know it can happen and if something is stuck on then generally a relay is at fault

I don't believe there are separate relays on the 400h for the seat heater. There is a control module under each seat which is probably the cause of the problem
