Reading Engine Codes Using Led Bulb And Wire

Hi guys,

Looks like I have ongoing over fueling problem. There is a way of reading codes from engine using bit of wire and LED bulb like this..

but!!!

when did it on mine the bulb is blipping very fast and there is a clicking coming from somewhere :eerrrmm:

anyone had this problem?

Hi Krzysztof ,can you not just read the codes from the flashing check engine light using the jumper wire ,why do you need the bulb?

no I cant. don't have engine light! that is why need to use bulb.

I have toyota hilux with 1uz-fe conversion
