It is in your Warranty and Care booklet just before the section where the Dealers stamp after every completed service. The section is called Lexus Care Service Schedule.

Lexus have changed the service content so it may not match what is in your service booklet. The fixed price servicing info is available here:

The service details are attached.

Many thanks Colin - very useful.

Question:

I notice that in both lists it says we should change the brake fluid every 2 years.

I have an intermediate service coming up.

My 450h is 2010 but has only done 10k miles.

Obviously in the service record it does not specify whether the previous owner had this done.

Is there a way the brake fluid can be inspected to tell if it needs replacing?

Maybe I should get it done anyway to be safe.

thanks

Pete

Testers exist, whether your dealer will have one I don't know as they just replace every two years anyway whether it technically needs replacing or not.

If your vehicle has been serviced according to the Lexus schedule then the fluid would have been changed in the past it is just a question of whether it is due at the next service or the one after. For your piece of mind you could get it done at the next service if your dealer isn't able to determine when it was last changed however stretching to three years wouldn't be the end of the world either.
