    to be honest, i work in a Mazda dealer and so, buy parts at trade and get it done hear at under half price. But mine has got 125.500 on the clock!!!!!! :duh:

    hey all. Got my lexus in oct last year, IS200 SE Auto. Needed a little tidying up. so i was getting the funds together, after making it safer(tyres, Brakes etc) Only to have some Muppet back a truck into my rear end? :tsktsk: worse thing, they left no details. So, what do you think, restore to its original glory, Or make it a bi more uniqe????

    Was a clicking noise of the pads rubbing against the grooves can only hear it with the window down and driving next to something that bounces the sound back at you like a wall. ← yes, check that the pad pins that keep them away from the disc or ok. i had this problem on mine, i replaced to seperating pins and the noise went.

    Checked fader. its set correct and checkd the speaker. the speaker works when connected to the other side.

    need a little help. my is 200 has only one rear speaker working. Connectons in speakers and head unit are a-ok. Any ideas??

    coould be the GPS unit isnt plugged in or it could be that it may need resetting. which should be able to do with the original disc.

    there more than like iridium plugs? hence for, expensive. i got a set of splitfire performance plugs for £48 plus vat!?!?!?!

    "How" can this be? since 99% of an MOT is "appinionated" no pre-MOT can be a matter of fact...? in your opinion how would you discribe "worn to excess" ← if you get an MOT failure slip. get the work done, and get it back to the same garage in 7 days. the re-test is free.

    Yeah, whip off the cover. and pull the leads off the top. if they are still fairly clean, they would have been changed. if in doubt, pop one out and look at the deposit on the firing end.....

    if it only come from turning on way, get your suspesion links checked, could find that one of the ball joints has gone. Also if your car is fitted with a front strut brace, check to see if it is tight. I work in a mazda dealer, and find these problems often on cars here

    i have the same rattle problem, like something is lose. but i do not get loss of power. If the susggestion by fluff does't cure it. get under the car and gently hit the cat with a rubber mallet. if it rattles, the baffles have gone and would need replacing. this would coause loss of exhaust note, power and give that sound.

    try a motor factors and ask for a ADL or Blueprint make. Welocme to LOC

    i have just put a full set of boots on mine, None of the tyres matched? Really noticed a differencr, especially braking from high speed. the discs bite and do not fade

    i will get the battery tested at work today, Could this be an altenator on its way out??? but this morning my EML Light and my TCS light both went off.

    if it is DVD based, you can buy the Bristtish disc(with the whole of europe on it) Downside is, i have never seen one cheaper that a ton. ← All DVD based systems cover Europe as standard. The CD based systems require separate discs ← Just noticed that, i'll cower in my corner

    Ok mate, What about HID upgrade. i know there about 350 plus VAT. but wouldn't they be better??

    Thanks mate, nice one. Any ideas on headlights. I got the HB4 (9006) bulbs. But the aftermarket ones are about £70. Any one knows about cheaper ones?
