  1. Ummmm Oh No No No on the graphics. Suprised I ain't seen ya about the Cardiff Area. Personally Mate, I would not chose those on the car, maybe summit more subtle to suit.
  2. Been everywhere searching for decent suspension setup but all seem way toooo expensive for me :( will have to shop around a little more lol :shutit:
  3. Hi all, Does Anyone know local or far away :winky: where I could get good quality Coilovers for my 1993 L Reg LS400??? Any info greatly needed :D
  4. Well thanks for the positive responses :D I'm very happy with the look. The Offset etc not a clue LOL just phoned up the company and they done the rest. Bit of scrubbing on the rears on large bumps etc, but sorting that out soooon
  5. Just thought I'd post up a few pics of the new Rims on the LS, I bought some Ultralites in the end. Nice and Juicy - 235 40 18 on the Front, and a whopping 265 35 18 on the Rears. I'm aware that I could get 20's on there but thought of the future cost as they are a little bit WheelSpinny on the Rear due to having nearly 250bhp with no Traction LOL. Enjoy the Pics... (Forgive the Qualty, Mobile Camera Sucks LOL)
  6. Thanks for the replies Guys . I will try Halfrauds tomorrow and see what they can do for me :D As for the standard unit, nothing wrong with it, but my middle name is Custom LOL I can't leave anything alone :winky: Plus I have a £400 JVC Head Unit that is wasting away unless I do summit with it. :)
  7. Hi all, I need Help I've just popped down to my Local Audio Specialists in Cardiff. They have told me they would charge between 600-1000 to fit a Aftermarket Head Unit to my LS400 Is this true? They say they would have to rewire all the speakers and its a long complicated job!!! I know the Lexi and IS's are tricky being 8 Way and I had to bypass the Amp to fit one before, but is it really that costly to fit one to my LS??? :shutit: I also planned in the future to have some Bass in the boot, subs and amp etc but they say don't even go there What can I do??? Advice please (someone must have done summit like this before) Regards LowRed (Sad )

  16. Thanks for the replies all, I'm gonna leave the Suspension as it is now, as its such a comfy ride and with big rims on the way, it should look Sweeeet I've been on the Air Suspension in the past with my IS and that had its fair share of faults so I'd stay away from it in future :winky:
  17. Thanks for all the input guys. My problem is I can only cover my car on Third Party due to my age, and my best price so far was £600 which I ain't got in my pocket :shutit: I will see what my insurance company can do for me then

  24. Hello Fellow LS Owners, I have bought a LS400 on 93 Reg with minor faults but wondered... Does anyone know cost of Brakeline from the front to back of the car and how they fit them (looked Tricky) Anyone know common faults with Autochangers not working (ERR comes up) How much would a Windscreen cost me all together? My whole story is on the General Discussion Board :)
  25. Well I travelled a good 700 odd miles yesterday but well worth the trip and I now have my baby LS home Big Baby mind Got me home sweet and faultless then as I was on route to show off the Beast to mates crack underneath and I split a Brakepipe to the rear wheels. Disaster. But anyways get it picked up and taken to Cousins Garage Local who find pipe all corroded and mangy and heat of looooong journey has knackered the pipe. Thank Foook I was already local to home. Made a full inspection while underneath and found pretty faultless motor, all good nothing broke or hanging off. Only faults were... Chipped Windscreen (requires new) 3 tyres worn to 2ish mm (alibi for new Rims ;)) Interior Bulb blown (naff all to fix) CD Autochanger not reading CD's (but not too bothered as I have a Different Head Unit to Fit) Paint is a little shabby scratches and marks (alibi for Respray in different colour :winky: ) Obvious Brakeline split so need a new one of them Pretty good going for a 14 year old Car thats now done 153,000 miles I'm well impressed with all of it so one more Happy Lexus Bunny B) :D PS does anyone know cost of Brakeline front to back for the car and how they fit them (looked Tricky) Anyone know common faults with Autochangers not working (ERR comes up) How much would a Windscreen cost me all together?
