1st to 2nd is a bit stiff but on the odd occaision when some prat needs to be dispatched at traffic lights the change is wonderfull !!!!! :D 2nd to 3rd always (fast/slow) change seems to click in but no problems going down the box.

Doing most of my driving in the 24hr traffic jam that is London I'm getting fed up with the low 1st gear on my car. Wherever possible I keep it rolling so I can pull of in 2nd. Do any of you use 2nd to start on the flat ? if so any problem with the clutch? No I dont want an auto !!! ********************--********* 99 IS200SE satnav dodgy battery

Came back from 11 days away to the long stay car park at heathrow airport ...jumped in the lexus.......turned the key........j:mad::mad: one slow turn and frog all........rang RAC who got me going in 15 minutes........ Have any of you experienced something similair ?? The battery indicator reads OK now and partially discharged when it let me down....... any thoughts ?? ********************************* 99 IS200SE satnav dodgy battery

Being a newbie not sure if this has been done before......... hows about everybody lists (interesting) cars they have owned prior to their Lexus ? could get some comments going !!!!!! Hi Its the only combination I've tried so far. Will try some others and think I'll take it back for Lexus to look at..........if it was'nt a one off ! -
well.......collected my 99 IS200 SE Sat Nav on zaturday from Lexus Bromley. Most impressed so far......I have 2 questions 1) when changing from 3rd to 4th at 6000 rpm it pulls to the left slightly...is this normal ? tyre pressures are OK...no mismatch of tyres...My Ginetta G27 V8 does it as well but thats due to it needing 1 more engine steady mount 2) Where can one enquire about the supercharger ????? Many thanx for any advice anyone can give --------------------------------------------------- 1999 IS 200 SE SatNav Aztec Gold (bog standard at the moment....)
