Hello mate I've got a K+N replacement filter in my is200 very impressed with it so far and it seemed to help with the fueling as getting a bit more to the gallon? as it's a direct replacement it does'nt seem to make any more noise than standard you can get them quite cheep off e-bay and you can wash and re-oil them so works out a good buy? Chris.... :)

Again mate i thought the same it might be worth turning them all round as i'll get the best of both worlds as the odd one on the car is the same mesh but the wrong way round? Thanks mate think i'll try that :D

the L badge does go back on the new mesh so think i'll try it? i could always change the colour of the L to see how it looks? :)

At the moment i can afford to keep the is200 as i've just sold my mini cooper and could sell my grand vitara to get a newer model just that my partner likes the vitara as its a bit higher up i think she just likes being nosey :D so got to keep on at her till she breaks :D Chris... :)

hello again mate Have been looking for a bit now i was tempted to go for the is250 but i like the shape i've got at the moment i've test drove the chrysler 300c which i love but i'd have to go for the 3.0l diesel. so maybe go for an is300 which i've been out in a few times now as my mate had 1 untill a couple of weeks ago but he swapped it for a seat?? :duh: Chris... :)

Ay up Lee, i was told that by lexus but where they said the interior sensors were on my 2000 model it hasn't got them in the light fittings from what i can see but my dads 02 model has? again not sure? think it tells you in the owners hand book on page114? think it must depend on the model/year of the car?? Chris... :)

Hello mate I was told they flash once when you lock and if you push the button to lock again it should flash 5 times which mine does, the second time you lock activates the double locking but not 100% sure mines a 2000 model and i know my dads is different being a 2002 model but it still something to do with the deadlocks on the car that i know of but dont quote me on this as i might be wrong?? Chris... :)

Hello all My lex must be an odd 1 out as the fuel economy on mine is great for some reason and i don't drive that slow it goes well and over 100mph it keeps going, Its got the k+n panel filter in and a peco back box and still got the standard plugs in, even though i will be changing them to ik20's in the near future as the sound like they help it run smoother? When i went up to the Notts meet last month i did 110 miles on quarter of a tank which i thinks not bad or is that not as good as some people are getting?? :) Chris... :)

HEE HEE!! Not bad for an hours work and about £110 to get it sorted? Jamie i might try and pop up to the meet you've got sorted out so if you see someone driving round looking lost give me a flash :D Chris... :)

Hello all well had a busy weekend playing with my car got the bumper on which suprised me as i thought it would be a big job but it only took about an hour with cleaning the bits behind so was quite happy? Just got to tone it down a bit as the colour is a bit brite compared to the rest of the car oh and i've got to turn one part of the mesh round as i think its upside down heres a pic what do you think??
