I was kinda goin for the Oem look on the dashboard with the tv. I don't really need to use the Headunit for anything as the xbox controls everything. All the headunit is there for is to supply an output to the amplifier.

I did all the work my self, so really it cost me the price of the screen. My stereo is in the glove box for the moment but i'm not sure if its gonna stay there or not. I guess it depends on how creative I feel.

Its hooked up to my modified xbox and pioneer headunit which controls the sound.

Just a bit of body filler, sand paper and black spray can. Managed to do it in just a couple of hours. I used the autoleads fascia as the surround and moulded the screen into it.

I've phoned Elite and they don't do geometry. Can anyone recommend any other companies that do the wheel alignment and geometry setup in essex/east london area.

Well, just a little update. I took my car to Tony Bones at STS in Watford and all I can say is that Tony is a great man and very knowledgable in his field. Although he could not do the geommetry for my car because it was too low, he took me through all the stages of what needed to be done so that I could understand more in depth of what all the geommetry was about. Also got a print out of what the camber should be an dother information so I can pass the details onto whichever company I choose to do my geommetry. The service at STS was very good, I was well looked after and a lot of time and effort was taken on my wheels that needed the tyres changed. I also found out that the wheels had been losing their pressure because of corrosion inside the wheel. Everything has now been fixed and I will definatley be using STS in future for all my tyre and suspension needs and I recommend that everyones else does too.

There was a leather interior for the is for sale recently on ebay for about £300. Not sure if its still for sale. There's wires on the seats for electrics, airbags, seatbelts and heater. I've wired everything up except for the heater.

A friend(a mechanic) and myself changed the clutch ourselves and it took us 4 hours. It was our first time working on a Lexus and we did it on axle stands.

Ukazn, dont give up on the geometry yet! maybe things will be OK, if not could you "borrow" some 17" wheels? i can "forward calculate" the set-up on them? if not then as i said i will profile for you on the 18", by the way your new tyres are in stock now... ← Great, I hope it will all be okay. Spoke to Tony this morning, I won't be able to get my geommetry done by him but will be buying tyres. Tony has been very helpful and when I visit him he's gonna give me all the info I need to make sure that wherever I do decide to get it done they will be doing a proper job.

I reckon it will but don't hold me to that. You got the 17's on there, that might make a difference as well.

Tell me about it, if I can't get it done I'm just gonna have to raise my car.

Looking good mate. The kit makes such a big difference.

Will have to call Tony first thing tomorrow morning and let him know. Bazza let me know how it goes. Definatly need to get mine done soon as possible as my tyres are wearing so fast on the inside. Only getting about 4-5 months out of them.
