well i got another sensor from a1 jap spares, just put it on the car and it doesnt work. are they that sensitive that it could of broke in transit or could it be something else? i reset the ecu after fitting the new one. im so ****** off right now. the first guys i ordered the sensor off didnt bother sending one, they said it broke when they took it out. now these guys have sent a faulty one. i should of just bought new from the beggining. im without my lexus for another week. so lucky i have a spare car to drive.

i havent done my calipers yet. will do in the very near future tho.

looks good mate. mine are the same colour but in a matt finish. red calipers i reckon. and get some locking nuts for them wheels now!!!

no worries mate. never really had a good condition set of alloys on a car before (except for my del sol,that i dont drive) so havent really been that bothered, but i know il be ****** when it happens. my sister wants to use the lexus while im away so i will be givn her a talkin to before i go about how to park, especially now its lowered aswell. dont want her driving into any pavements, i wont be inpressed.

yeah i thought about turning my petrol rc car into a drift beast after watching that rc drift vid on the site. looked so cool. might do it eventually but its having the time.

good for you mate!!! theres a place near me that does them for £200 aswell. with the same service by the sounds of it. but id rather spend that £80 i saved on other bits. im happy with what ive had done, there only probably going to get kerbed after time, these things happen. but if im careful they will last as long as i want them to last!

yeah he's more new parts. looking to get these second hand. apparently from lexus the sensor is £90 and the door glass is £75. had a quote for a complete mirror £50 plus vat and delivery. not even looking to spend that much. hehe just waiting to hear back from some people about the parts, but im not looking to spend lots of money as i want them ssecond hand. cheers for the post tho mate.

well ive just tried to take my car for an mot but the guy said it will fail on the passenger side abs sensor. i cant remember but one of the members names are brought up alot when people need spares?

it wasnt that much of a mismatch if they were that close then!!! is it a non quattro tt? cos i remember that was the one i see, and i always think to myself why would anyone want the slow one.

hey. it will all become apparent when u take the headlight apart. it will be in 3 pieces and u paint the bit that is sandwiched in between. i just used normal car paint. i forgot to rub the chrome down aswell(i got a little excited and started spraying)and it still came out well with no flaking paint. ul find it quite difficult to get the headlight apart but just percevier. it will come apart eventually. i used an oven to heat the light. but u could use a heat gun like others have done. it will look good when ur finished im sure, and ul be so chuffed with urself(plus u would of saved urself a packet rather than buying them) good luck.

yeah mine used to do that aswell before i had the suspension fitted. very annoying aye. i would of said ur shocks but if uve just had them replaced then i wouldnt have a clue. did they do both sides?
