  2. lot of my mates have had battery replaced. lexus have admitted to me the battery is a weak point. go up the the road to Costco and get a bosch silverline calcium battery with more ampage and 4 yr warranty

HI all, i need help. i recently started having intermittent starting issues on my 430.some days it starts first time,some days as if there is no power there. i have had the battery checked and its 100 %( bosch silverline with 750 amps). there is no ' clicking ' on turnover to suggest the battery.could it be the starting motor?. it has done 185 k with no probs. thanks guys

  7. HI sorry to hear about your problems. you definitely have a problem.! i get 35-40 in money terms on mine but i have a prins multi point system.any decent installer should fix it.My linktry these guys.they do mobile servicing and repairs

Having recently had 2 o2 sensors go i did a lot of research to find new ones.there a lot of 'universal' ones out there-dont go there!!.i used a company ECO LAMBDA ,THEY SELL ONLY O2 SENSORS and are very helpful,they can be found at My linkspeak to Graham. the part numbers for my 2004 ls430 are: f/left 8946550130 f/right 8946550120 ,both rears(post cat) 8946550160.got these from lexus .hope this helps

  18. i have had Steve Davis(when he was good !),Marty PEllow (in 80's) and last year my sporting hero JOE CALZAGHE himself.he sat in the front for whole journey having a "crack"!!
  19. i am a 'glorified cabbie' and last winter the 430 was that bad that i had to endure daytime telly!!.i have just put on 4 dunlop winter sport maxx tyres on and they feel very good in the wet.got them on ebay £280 for the set,will let you know how they go in the snow.all my German customer say it makes all the difference having the winter tyres
