    me again, if a car had been previously supercharged and then the charger was took out and now the car is for sale, would that still be ok? would it put anyone off buying it?

    hi mate, its not hard really, just take the stereo out and take off the front, your left with a circuit board with about 30-40 "0805" leds, if you want to change the display you need to solder the display off where you will see about 20 more "0805" leds. Just search for the colour "0805's" you want and start soldering, they are very tiny so its tricky, would also recommond doing 1 first and checking as there is no way at first of knowing which way around the leds go

    the outer rings, the inner ones i changed were bright but the outer ones were dim compared to the stereo and other bulbs, have a look at the pics on page 1 or two and let me know if yours are brighter

    hi,so u r on ur 2nd lexus then?a bit like me then?so r u after a sat nav or oem housing with screen etc?if the later u might be lucky yeh 2nd one, i have been depressed since i sold my first, so getting a new one this weekend. on my old one i brought the OEM housing with a sony satnav built in, was looking for something similar

    hey all, sorry to bring up an old thread. As im gonna have a new car again i have to re-do the stereo LED change....however, last time i had amazing blue stereo with green display and a blue clock, but for the life of me i couldnt figure out a way of getting the ac bright. Standard bulbs just dont cut it, and when i tried a home made way i couldnt turn the dials! has anyone resolved this yet?

    Hi all, im picking up the new lex on sat hopefully but there are two mods i want to get done asap, firstly fitting the grom adapter, does anyone have one for sale? really dont wanna buy another one brand new! also does the grom work with the iphone? Also on my last lex i had an aftermarket sat nav built in to oem housing, i sold it seperate when sold the car, i want one again, anyone know of one anywhere?

    ok maybe im going think but, the below car is advertised as a sport navigator. The grill looks standard, shouldnt it look like the sport one i brought for my last lex and have the word sport on it? Also he says it has headlamp washers and HID's, do these come as standard on a sport cus on the picture of his engine a could see the home fitted ballasts for the hids. Help please guys

    to be honest i've been looking at them, its just the extra insurance and the extra cost mpg. and i prefer manuals and as far as i can gather the 300 are all auto??

    heya guys! well, i sold my lex last year, nearly cried, and im that miserable im getting a new one next week.... This is where you guys come in! I have about 4300 to play with and ideally want a navigator with less than 80k? anybody know of one?

    well i guess thats an option, you'll find most people on here like the factory look so its a good way to keep it without changing the head unit, also without a new motor the sat nav housing wont move

    comes with full fitting instrctions, really easy. To update maps would need to be plugged into PC, leads not included. At as for price, if i can't get £200 off here for it it will go on ebay, i paid £290 off there so am sure it would fetch over £200

    hi all, as requested photos of sony satnav built in to origina lexus housing Screen is touchscreen. excellent sat nav buttons on housing to open and close work (looks very cool) Easy to connect to ignition. (comes alive when key turned, never runs out of battery and doesnt drain car) No wires or cables or sticky marks. perfect built in satnav £200

    just quoted again, now itsa gone up to 2800, bit more like it! robbing barstewards tho. girlfriend sold her KA that had been quoted 2900, after inspection and a lot of bulls**T they offered 2000!! after playing my face managed to get em back up to 2600!! just shows how much they rip people off!

    Just traded mine (51 plate IS200 sport, immaculate, FSH etc.) in against an IS220D. I got £3600. Webuyanycar.com offered me £3200. Col.... :winky: £3200!!! they offered me £2100!!
