Whay sort of price are we looking at for one of these please?

I was just wondering if we had named area reps, then could could arrange local meets,welcome new members, workshop days etc Areas could be split up North, East, South and West, then if was successful we could then split up a bit more, or with possible addition of an assistant. What do you think??

Charlton Motor Dismantlers nr Cambridge are lexus and a few other makes breakers, if they have a bit its only a few miles down the road from me, if its a big bit, im sure we could do a relay of some sorts to get it to yours if you dont want to pay the carriage rates

The only good thing about reverse gear being a little difficult until you get used to it in my case, is that the wife can not get it in reverse no matter how hard she tries, mean she doesnt use my car any more. lol

Depending on what colour car you have? Certain waxes will enhance certain colours better. The main key is the preparation, washing, claying etc On dark colours car, i have used Dodo supernatural with quite a good outcome. Hope this helps, if you really want to get into detailing your car have a look on detailing world.

Thats looks good, shame i missed the cheap ticket promotion. With the missus at work at the weekend i should be able to pop over for the day, which way from South Mimms would you be going A1 or M1 as i am near Royston in Hertfordshire and could join the convoy in the right place?

Thanks for the info on my other problem, just wondering if you can do the same on this one? My drivers window goes up and down ok, majority of the time, but just recently when i try to close it comes back down half way, like if as the manual say something is stuck in it and it releases it self to prevent the object being trapped, i have checked the window runner but can not see any problems. Any ideas or fixes would be greatly appreciated. Phil

Hi ya, ive just got a IS200 as well, welcome to the forum. The scraping noise sounds like the brakes, could be the pads are down and scraping on the disc or the disc could be slightly warped and just occasionally catching the pads when you are going along. But im sure one of the others will have more knowledge than me on the subject. Anyway hope you enjoy your car as i am mine? Phil
