Actually i find the HIDs on my is300 are kinda disappointing in comparison to those found on audi's and beamers. They dont seem as bright, and after the initial burn in period the 'blueness' is significantly reduced I think they are only 4300k -

Hello there, I was just wondering whether anyone has any experience with replacing the stock air filter with a POD filter, specifically the K&N Typhoon series as shown here: http://www.knfilters.com/typhoon/tappguide.lexus.html Specifically i'm wondernig about the noise production, and effects of changing it to a free flowing system using the stock air sensor. Is this likely to cause problems for the ECU? Thanks
