Wrapping the dash and window switch panels has been done many times over the years, it’s all down to personal preference. For me I like the "classic" dark wood look, yet others like a more modern carbon fibre look.

If they are the standard SC430 wheels, spec should read .. PCD 5 x 114.3 Diameter 18" Offset 45 spec should be embossed on the back of the wheel spokes 👍🏻

Have heard of another belt jumping that was a recently replaced item, all a bit odd as it has a hydraulic tensioner so sets its own tension. Let’s hope it’s not a new problem .

This should make sence 👍🏻 Push up and in Clips at top…screw holes bottom .

From memory the seat back clips in at the top and is screwed in underneath. Take the seat fully forward, torch and a mirror ..screw each side. ….bit tricky to get at ☹️ once you have it off you can see if any parts are needed 👍🏻

The standard SC430 wheels are 18 x 8J, avoid the RX wheels as they are only 7.5J 👍🏻

Brake backplate can rub on the inside of the disc, probably needs a little grind off on the back plate lip.

Would need to be partially dismantle to see the timing marks on crankshaft and camshafts. Sadly that’s the job over half done . This was my first SC that I done the belt on….turns out it had already been replaced 🙄
