Wrapping the dash and window switch panels has been done many times over the years, it’s all down to personal preference. For me I like the "classic" dark wood look, yet others like a more modern carbon fibre look.
If they are the standard SC430 wheels, spec should read ..
PCD 5 x 114.3
Diameter 18"
Offset 45
spec should be embossed on the back of the wheel spokes 👍🏻
Have heard of another belt jumping that was a recently replaced item, all a bit odd as it has a hydraulic tensioner so sets its own tension. Let’s hope it’s not a new problem .
From memory the seat back clips in at the top and is screwed in underneath.
Take the seat fully forward, torch and a mirror ..screw each side.

once you have it off you can see if any parts are needed 👍🏻
Think once you know they bolt in, one won’t destroy the fuse box like in the link above !

Just a thought …you could fit one of these and feed it to the outside of the case, just in case it blows again 👍🏻

Would need to be partially dismantle to see the timing marks on crankshaft and camshafts. Sadly that’s the job over half done .
This was my first SC that I done the belt on….turns out it had already been replaced 🙄
