hi As to the updates for Sat Nav I have been Toying with the idea of getting A Latest update from the Map Man I know these are Hmm (Copies) But mu Last Car a Omega Elite I copied the Original and used the Backup within 6 Month it Had blown the Laser 350 to get it repaired. Thats why i am Hesitant to get one albeit ive heard the Lexus System is a bit more tolerant of CD-Rs. Now to the MP3 i bought a Tape Converter to plug into the iPhone and the tape player and it works a treat as i use my speed camera App if i am in a strange place the bonus is it plays my MP3 Music granted there is a few clicks now and then but i have got used to these now so i dont notice it . it works for Me My car is GS300 55 plate Robert

Hi all I have just had my (new) Gs300 serviced the garage said he had put in long life Synthetic oil Is this the correct oil it looks like it says multigrade in the book He is my local garage and he is not a bad lad really , before i bought the car i did ask him if he would have a problem servicing it for me and he said " No problem at all " so that was when i decided to get the car ive had it a couple of weeks now and very pleased i am with it Thanks Robert

Hi All Apolagies if the topic as been covered Im new to the forum I have got my self a 55 Lexus GS300 but the tyres are going to need replacing in a few months It is currently fitted with Falken 912 tyres 255/50/17 but they are a bit noisy maybe because they are down a bit. Is there a middle range tyre that anyone could reccomend that isnt too noisy and does the job My local tyre place said nexen at around 100 a corner but have never heard of these Thanks Robert

Hi all Just to introduce myself im Robert a 70 year old crinkly as my son calls me I have just become the new owner of a 55 plate gs300 and very pleased i am i did have a 3.2 Omega Elite before this i had it for about 6 year and just a few minor problems but on the whole was very reliable. I am hoping this is just as reliable i am a pensioner but i dont let that stop me I cant do my own servicing etc i have to entrust that to someone else but i am looking forward to the pleasure this car gives me I dont do a lot of miles a year about 9 k but i get out to sons and my daughter on regular basis and in the summer to places of intrest with my good lady Robert
